Al Karam Packers and Movers provides moving, packing, and relocation services to residential and commercial clients. Our services include but are not limited to local, national, and international moving, furniture packing, fragile item handling, and vehicle transportation.
All bookings for moving services must be confirmed in advance. You can make payments via bank transfer, cash, or credit card. A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
Our services cover only the specific items listed in the contract. Any additional services, including packing or unpacking, storage, or long-distance transport, will be agreed upon in writing and subject to additional fees.
Al Karam Packers and Movers takes all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and security of your belongings. However, we are not liable for any damages to fragile or improperly packed items. Customers are encouraged to purchase additional insurance if necessary.
We strive to provide prompt and efficient service. However, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will keep you informed and make every effort to deliver your belongings as soon as possible.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the items to be moved are properly packed (if not using our packing services). Customers should inform us in advance of any fragile or valuable items and any restrictions on access to the property.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. If we are unable to provide services as agreed, you will be entitled to a refund.
We value your privacy. Personal information collected during booking or service provision is used only for the purposes of completing your move and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Rawalpindi or Islamabad.
Al Karam Packers and Movers reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. All updates will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.
